Booking - the studio may be booked for any number of days or weeks into the future. A booking does not become confirmed, however, until the 25% security deposit is received by the studio no earlier than one week prior to the scheduled start date. Until a booking is confirmed, it is subject to potential overbooking conflicts, which may lead to booking cancellation or rescheduling by the studio. In this unlikely event, the studio will make every effort to accommodate all interested parties, giving preference to the longest term booking.
Deposit - to confirm a booking, a 25% security deposit must be paid by the client and received by the studio, no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the booking’s scheduled start date, and no later than the point at which the production setup actually begins. For daily bookings, this equals $150 times the number of days hired (no more than five days), and for weekly bookings, this equals a flat-fee of $750. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied in its entirety to the final client invoice, minus any deductions for cleaning, blown lamps, restoration of floor/wall surfaces, or any other damages incurred during production.
Cancellation - prior to booking confirmation, a booking may be cancelled without any incurred charges. Once a booking has been confirmed by the payment of the 25% security deposit, the booking may be cancelled, but the security deposit will be forfeited in its entirety.
